She went well beyond what a realtor associate is suppose to do in the selling of a home. She is by far the BEST realtor we have ever had and we could not have asked for anyone better. We relocated to Florida during the worse possible time due to COVID-19 and are extremely grateful that Elizabeth was able to guide us through the many aspects of selling our home. We communicated with her via email and continuous phone calls in making sure all the issues we faced were quickly addressed and fixed. The selling of our home included a washer and dryer and the new buyers did not want these appliances. We had to put the appliances up for sale and Elizabeth went beyond her duties in meeting with the person who purchased the appliances and then she quickly addressed the cleaning of the utility room after the sale of the washer and dryer in preparation for the new buyers. She wanted to make sure our home was staged appropriately and always clean for future buyers. She would periodically check on our home since we were now in Florida to make sure the lawn and the house was secure. I could go on and on about what she had done for us. She did an excellent job walking through homes on Facetime and really describing how they felt and the condition. We felt like we were getting an honest and genuine opinion based on our needs. We completed a fairly quick close and she stayed on top of all aspects to make sure that it would go through in the time we needed so we could minimize living in temporary housing when we first moved to the area. When I submitted an email to Mr Wayne Murray on April 9th,2023, expressing my concerns about the poor communication with Elizabeth Beery I really thought that I will get some kind of help or answer but I didn't and this demonstrated me that your company didn't care about the clients. I experienced so much stress because this situation that impacted my physical body at the point that I couldn't sleep and got knots on my neck and back. The communication with Elizabeth failed in all possible ways. She was kind of in favor of the buyer than me. I was under the clear impression that neither Elizabeth nor your group really cared about my stress during the sale of the property 25234 Spring Iris Ln, Katy 77494. Any how as a polite person, I thanked Elizabeth and Dianna from the titlle company for the sale at the end, and of course Elizabeth never responded.
